FAQ
Questions we are asked most
If your question is not here, ask us directly — we answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
What are your minimum order quantities?
One lakh units for tablets, capsules and softgels; 3,000 litres for syrups and liquids. These reflect the batch sizes our validated processes are built around — below them we cannot hold the quality tolerances we commit to.
Do you develop a formulation from scratch, or only manufacture?
Both. Our CDMO service starts at the brief: we design the formulation around the mechanism you are targeting, run stability, scale it up and then supply it. If you already hold a validated formula, our contract manufacturing service takes it from there.
How long does development take?
A straightforward reformulation is typically 8–12 weeks to pilot batch. A novel formulation with stability and bioavailability work runs 4–8 months. We give a dated plan after the technical call, not before.
Which regulatory markets can you supply?
We hold WHO-GMP, AYUSH-GMP, ISO 9001/22000/22716, HACCP, FSSAI and HALAL, plus market-specific approvals including NAFDAC (Nigeria), TBS and OSS (Tanzania), NMPB (Sudan) and LMHRA (Liberia). We currently supply 25+ countries and prepare the registration dossier as part of the engagement.
Can we license your patented formulations?
Yes. Ostizeel™, CephaMig™ and PEAvision™ are available to partners under licence, on a market-exclusive basis where the volumes justify it. Licensing enquiries go through the quote form and are answered by the IP team directly.
Do you handle packaging and artwork?
We manufacture, fill and pack, and we will work to your artwork and regulatory text. We do not originate brand design, but we do review artwork for regulatory compliance in the destination market before printing.
Is the preclinical evidence available to review?
The Ostizeel™ preclinical work is peer-reviewed and published in Inflammopharmacology (Springer Nature, 2026), so it is citable in your own dossiers. Unpublished data on the wider portfolio is shared under NDA.
Will you sign an NDA before we share our formula?
Yes, and we prefer to. Send us your NDA or ask for ours; it is signed before any technical detail is exchanged.
