What we collect when you use this site, why, and what we do not do with it.

01What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, country and your message. We also record the page the enquiry came from and a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
02Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to manage the resulting commercial relationship. Newsletter addresses are used solely to send the briefings you subscribed to. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.
03Who it is shared with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties. Data is processed on our own infrastructure and handled by our commercial and technical staff only.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
05Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on the request.
06Cookies
This site sets a session cookie only for staff signing into the administration area. Public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies.
